Your Presence is the Best Gift

We feel so lucky to be surrounded by the love and support of our friends and family. That alone is the greatest gift we could ask for.

If you feel moved to mark the occasion with a gesture, we’re creating a charity page focused on raising awareness and funds for Endometriosis Australia. This cause is especially close to our hearts. Adelaide has been living with endometriosis for over a decade and has undergone two surgeries within the past year to try to remove her endo. It has taken over 10 years for Adelaide to get a diagnosis which unfortunately due to the lack of knowledge in the medical field, this is the norm. It takes women, on average, 7 to 10 years to be diagnosed.

Endometriosis Australia - a nationally accredited charity that raises awareness, educates and funds research for endometriosis. Efforts have reduced the diagnosis time from 12 years to 6.5 years on average. With your support Endometriosis Australia is able to fund critical research and care, raise awareness and reduce delays in diagnosis to improve the quality of life for the 1 in 7 women impacted by endometriosis!

What is endometriosis? Endo is a disease where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows where its not supposed to. This tissue spreads through the body and can stick to the ovaries, bladder, bowels and even the lungs, heart or brain. The tissue bleeds but the blood has no where to go so overtime it creates swelling, scarring, nerve damage and chronic pain.

If you’re in the position to support this cause, you can learn more or make a donation [here].

It's been a challenging journey, and we're passionate about making a difference for others facing the same disease. Thank you for your support!
